Wennow is operated by SWE Farm, LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit wennow.fyi (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Wennow is still in development. You can't create an account on the Site yet, so we don't ask you for personal information. Before we offer accounts, we'll update this policy to describe the information they need.
Information we collect
Technical information. When you visit the Site, your browser sends us information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. Our hosting provider may record this in server logs.
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on the Site.
Cookies
The Site sets one cookie, named theme, which remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. It's only set when you use the theme toggle, contains nothing but that choice, and expires after one year. If you block cookies, the Site still works and follows your device's light or dark setting instead.
Third-party services
The Site loads its font from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google's handling of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We use a hosting provider to serve the Site, which processes technical information on our behalf.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- serve the Site and remember your theme choice;
- keep the Site secure and diagnose problems;
- reply to messages you send us; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers described above, when the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of Wennow, our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or longer if the law requires it.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Children
The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Service.
