The Site

Wennow is in development, and the Site currently provides information about it. Features shown as coming soon, such as signing in, aren't available yet. When we launch accounts or other features, we may ask you to agree to additional terms for them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems and networks behind it;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by sending excessive automated requests; or
• copy, frame or redistribute the Site's content except as these terms allow.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Wennow name and logo, are owned by SWE Farm, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. These terms don't grant you any other rights in the Site or its content.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we don't operate. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and a link doesn't mean we endorse them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its content is accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWE Farm, LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
